Connect the evidence you already have
Solvren reads cost and metadata. It does not request prompts, responses, documents, or payment-card data.
OpenAI and Anthropic
Read-only organization-admin cost credentials fetch daily cost buckets by project or workspace and line item. Initial backfill covers 30 completed UTC days. Supplier totals are reconciled against customer-attributed direct usage; differences are not silently allocated.
Langfuse v4
A project-scoped connection reads observation IDs, model, token usage, cost, and trace context. Solvren does not fetch prompt or response bodies. Backfill is checkpointed and resumable.
Stripe revenue evidence
An optional restricted, read-only key imports customer, subscription, and invoice evidence for Finance to review. List price is only a suggestion; signed USD contract terms must be confirmed. Solvren never changes your customer billing objects.
Files and ingestion API
Use downloadable CSV templates for contracts, supplier statements, usage, outcomes, and direct costs, or send metadata-only event batches with a revocable ingestion key. Stable source IDs make retries idempotent. Unknown models remain unpriced and unmapped events remain visible.
Cloud-reseller bills and Anthropic Priority Tier are not represented as complete Anthropic Admin Cost API totals; import the relevant supplier statement. Mixed-currency, metered, and complex Stripe revenue terms require manual review. Solvren does not present a false conversion or audited bill when source coverage is incomplete.
