Solvren service terms
Effective 4 October 2026. Solvren, Inc., a Utah corporation, provides the Solvren service. These public terms describe the standard self-service product unless a signed agreement says otherwise. Contact support@solvren.com for questions about these terms.
Service and accounts
Solvren provides software for analyzing AI delivery cost against customer contract terms. The organization Owner controls membership, billing, and deletion. Users must provide accurate account details, keep credentials secure, use MFA where required, and have authority to upload or connect the data they provide. Solvren may suspend access for abuse, security threats, or unpaid subscriptions.
Customer data
The customer retains its data. The customer instructs Solvren to process it to provide the service and must avoid sending prompts, responses, documents, cardholder data, or information it has no right to process. Solvren may use aggregate, non-identifying operational measures to maintain the service. The data-processing agreement describes processing responsibilities.
Subscriptions
List pricing is shown on the pricing page. Checkout, invoices, payment methods, renewal, and cancellation are handled through Stripe. A 14-day trial includes one historical audit and one saved scenario; after expiry, product data is read-only until paid entitlement becomes active. Cancel through the billing portal. The paid service remains available through a verified paid period unless payment failure, abuse, or security restrictions apply. Taxes may be added.
Estimates and limitations
Margins are management estimates based on imported, mapped, and priced records. Unknown costs and supplier variance can make an apparent contribution an upper bound. Solvren does not provide accounting, legal, tax, or investment advice and does not guarantee savings, exact gross margin, or uninterrupted availability. Users should review source evidence before changing commercial terms.
Termination and records
The Owner can export supported data and request organization closure. Cancellation makes the product read-only when paid access ends, and retained data is scheduled for deletion within 29 days unless access is reinstated. Closure removes member access immediately and schedules deletion of primary records and private files within 29 days. Contact Support for billing disputes, security reports, or a copy of an executed agreement.
