Overview

Playbooks define what Solvren does when an issue is detected. They can recommend actions, run semi-automated workflows, or (with safe automation) execute fixes automatically when policies allow.

What You'll Do

  1. Open the Playbooks or Policy Center area
  2. Choose a playbook that matches your first issue type
  3. Configure policies (e.g., approval gates, safe mode thresholds)
  4. Enable the playbook for your environment
  5. Let it run on the next matching issue (or trigger it)

Safe Automation

Before enabling full automation:

  • Set policies — Who approves what, and when
  • Use safe mode — Start with recommendations or simulation
  • Understand confidence thresholds — Higher confidence may allow more automation

See Safe Automation for details.

After Enabling

Once a playbook runs:

  • Actions may be recommended, simulated, or executed
  • You can verify outcomes in the Verification & ROI area
  • Proceed to View Your First Value
