Impact & Prioritization

Confidence and Impact Score

Understanding confidence levels and impact scores.

Last updated March 17, 2026

Overview

Each issue has an impact (revenue at risk) and a confidence (how certain the system is). Together they drive prioritization and safe automation.

Confidence Levels

Higher confidence means the detector and impact model are more certain. Low confidence may require manual review before automation.

Impact Score

Impact can be expressed as a dollar amount or severity band. It helps operators and playbooks decide urgency and which actions to take.

Safe Automation

Policies often gate automation by confidence. High-confidence issues may be auto-resolved; low-confidence issues may require approval.
