How Signals Work

Signal ingestion, pipelines, and flow into detectors.

Last updated March 17, 2026

Overview

Signals are the raw data Solvren ingests from connected systems. They flow through pipelines into detector packs, which analyze them and create issues when problems are found.

Signal Flow

  1. Integration connects to an external system
  2. Ingestion pulls or receives data (push/pull depending on integration)
  3. Normalization converts data into a canonical format
  4. Storage persists signals for detector processing
  5. Detection — detector packs run against signals

Signal Types

Signals vary by integration. Examples:

  • Subscription lifecycle events
  • Billing configuration changes
  • Pricing rule updates
  • CRM opportunity and account changes
